Before I was an advertising creative, I was lucky enough to work at Miramax during their golden age in the '90s. First job right out of college. I started as intern, and left as their Director of Advertising. Bob and Harvey Weinstein were notoriously, let's call it 'demanding', bosses – but during that time it felt like we were doing nothing less than changing the rules of marketing films.
